General information:

From rapid response and performance improvement to operational efficiency and life-cycle management, Service is one of our fastest-growing areas. You will deliver the high voltage service portfolio to Hitachi Energy customers within the PGHV in Thailand. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing the service sales strategy.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will utilize the ServIS database to understand the existing installed base and identifying and develop sales opportunities for high voltage products within the PGHV.

  • You will drive sales volume and margin across the entire Hitachi Energy Service product portfolio in collaboration with other business units and regularly update ServIS with change made on-site.

  • You will establish long-term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations, respond immediately to issues and demonstrate in-depth technical Service product/solutions knowledge to promote product Life Cycle Management.

  • You will communicate contract details in accordance with Hitachi Energy offerings, strategy and manage associated administrative Sales processes and you will prepare and review sales plans and propose recovery actions when needed to ensure all targets are met.

  • You will implement the Service sales strategy, with a focus on penetrate installed base, promote various upgrade, retrofit, value add solutions to the benefit of the customer and the organization.

  • You will actively promote High Voltage Service products and solutions during various marketing activities (trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings) while monitor customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Your background:

  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.

  • More than 5 years of experience in Sales or related field. Sound knowledge of High Voltage products and the Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar market.

  • Knowledge of ServIS and SFDC, Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Power point Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.

  • Able to communication with English language.
