Description

Customer intimacy:

Develop a high level of intimacy with customers, key stake holders, developers and investors for the given opportunity.

Processes and tools: 

Fully comply with the sales processes and utilization of sales force. Ensure that sales force is updated with reliable information several time a week for the assigned opportunity in order to make it the only reliable tool used for reporting

Capture team leader:

  • For each assigned opportunities, he takes the role of CTL and is responsible for:
  • Ensure the follow up of the sales process from go no go to won lost analysis in line with RACI.
  • Develop the right winning strategy toward the customer.
  • Identify/select external partners with the full involvement of the PG and recommend key subcontractors with support of “Internal stake holder”.
  • Elaborate the target price with support of “internal stake holders”.
  • Lead the elaboration of an optimized commercial proposal.
  • Lead the negotiations with the aim to close projects with the best possible conditions for HE at or above the approved margin and cash flow and acceptable risk profile.
  • Manage the assigned budget of the tender for the relevant opportunity with support of head of tendering.
  • Ensure proper and accurate reporting to the management and in the CRM system.
  • Ensure the timely approval of the tender by the risk committee up to the board as needed.
  • Ensure proper hand over to Operations in case the order is secured.
  • Feedback Marketing & Product management with market data including awarded orders, customer buying criteria evolution, Win Loss analysis, Competitors price and value propositions for his opportunities.
