Contribute to effective risk management and improving Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance in respective area of responsibility.

Your responsibilities:

• You will support managers and employees to ensure area of responsibility is compliant with HSE standards, regulations and guidelines, prepare safety instructions, notices and assist with relevant training.

• You will conduct HSE audits and workplace inspections to identify potential hazards, risks and highlights corrective measures required.

• You will support implementation of HSE objectives, incident investigation and root cause analysis within the respective organization.

• You will collect, analysis and report on HSE performance, identify problems and make suggestions to avoid repeating the problem in the future.

• You will collaborate with managers and employees in order to report on, raise awareness and gain commitment for HSE initiatives and performance.

Your background:

• A bachelor’s degree in HSE or higher-master's degree in HSE.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HSE, assembly production line, construction, working at height, etc.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access and Projects.

• Able to work during night shift.

• Strong commitment to safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.

• A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.

• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
