BU High Voltage Products is looking for a BU Risk Manager to lead Risk Management processes in strong collaboration with BU Sales & Tendering and BU Management teams.

The Risk Manager will assure that all risks related to the customer offers of PGHV have been duly identified, assessed, responded and mitigated. BU Risk Manager will represent the BU in Risk Reviews and Project Review, will be a member of the Hitachi Energy Risk Management team.

The location of the role is flexible, ideally in major HE locations.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate offers prepared by Sales team in Risk Review process to assure that all tenders issued by PGHV are compliant with Group / Company / BU directives and instructions

  • Attend required Risk Reviews meetings scheduled with the tendering units (in conjunction with representative from GPG, BU and/or Company as per the approval level)

  • Check that the Risk Review Tool is properly updated/uploaded by the responsible person in a timely and diligent manner prior to the Risk Review meeting and after with the MoM/actions agreed

  • Assure that in each bid review all the risks have been identified and assessed, mitigation actions defined, liabilities to undertake appraised and profitability agreed based on BU Full Cost Model

  • Monitor and follow up risk profile of the projects once awarded via the Monthly review meeting, whenever applies, so securing appropriate lesson learned back to tendering.

  • Provide trainings and guidance on Risk Manangement to High Voltage Products organization

  • Be an active member of the HE Risk Manangement team with the ambition to provide a state of art Risk Management process.
     

Your background

  • More than 7 years of relevant experience in similar positions.

  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken. Good command of legal terminology. Any additional language will be appreciated.

  • The following competences will be highly appreciated: Problem-solving and methodic aptitude, Analytical mind, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Detail-oriented, Team working and Results oriented.
