Lead Linux Kernel Engineer

Requirement:
. 5+ years of the overall experience, 3+ on an architect/tech lead position.
. Experience in Hypervisor/Embedded development (not MCU and not IoT) is a MUST.
. Experience in C and C++/low level development is a MUST.
. Strong proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification.
. Experience in Linux kernel development is a MUST.
. Being able to elicit and document project requirements.
. Strong understanding of SDLC from QA and development standpoints.
. Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry.
. Good planning and organizational skills.
. Ability to build effective teams, motivate and direct staff.
. At least Upper-Intermediate+ level of English (MUST).

Responsibilities:
. Technical Lead for one or several sub-teams (up to 10 team members).
. Create/manage architecture design for the project.
. Communicate with the Client(s).
. Coordinate technical issues resolution.
. Planning, estimation, and task management.
. Documentation creation.
. Regular reporting and task reprioritization based on the Client's request.
