Description

Hitachi Energy is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Grid Integration business for Poland where you will be part of a European and Global HR Business Partner team. With unprecedented growth ahead for the PL GI teams, this is a fantastic time to join!

You will support five unique business lines or “product groups”, across projects in Grid and Power Quality solutions. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who places value on collaboration, knowledge sharing, appreciates transparency and can maximize opportunities for growth and improvement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drives implementation of all HR processes including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and other processes as applicable.
  • Work with both operational and strategic tasks with focus on culture, people and organization.
  • Ensure compliance to labour regulations, whilst maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
  • Understands business needs and provides support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes. This to achieve long-term objectives, ensure that we are compliant with HR and labour law regulations and to add most value to business within required areas.
  • Proactively support and coach management on HR topics (e.g., performance management, employee relations, talent management, learning and development, hiring and recruitment) working collaboratively with HR Operations and the HR CoE functions whilst demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the business.

Your requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain collaborative working relationships.
  • It is a plus if you have leadership and/or HR-experience from previous roles.
  • Knowledge of local Labour market, legislations and policies.
  • Sound commercial and understanding of business drivers, and how best to utilize your HR expertise as a key business partner to the management team.
  • Excellent command in English is a must, both written and spoken.
  • Negotiation skills with good capability to achieve understanding to influence others, Capability to prioritize work tasks, communicate clearly and anchor with stakeholders.
  • You are flexible, persistent and have the ability to work independently as well as collaborate well with others in a high-paced environment.
