Sw Motor Control Expert missions:

  • Collaborate with the software teams and stakeholders (System, Hardware, Safety).
  • Propose control strategy solution with objective to improve quality, cost, delays aspects of BR-BU projects
  • Responsible of control strategy verification and validation using MIL, SIL and HIL environment
  • Responsible of control algorithm calibration
  • Be one of the Motor Control expert referents for Hitachi BR-BU products.
  • Train, guide and mentor team members on motor technologies and related control algorithm
  • Provide strong documentation according to Automotive standards for ASPICE , Safety ISO26262

Key qualifications:

  • Engineering/Master or Phd Degree in electrical engineering or related fields
  • At least 8 years’ experience developing and calibrating motor control strategy, ideally on PMSM
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Software engineering in automotive.
  • Experience in full lifecycle software development of real time embedded software ideally with ASIL projects with motor control

Technichal skills:

  • Deep knowledge on electrical motors such as PMSM, DC motors, etc...
  • Deep knowledge on state-of-the-art motor control strategy and motor usage challenges
  • Strong knowledge on V Cycle development in automotive industry
  • Strong Knowledge of Matlab Simulink including Matlab scripts
  • Strong knowledge on embedded C language development
  • Good Knowledge of tools: DOORS, Doors NG, SVN, Jira.
  • Knowledge on A-SPICE processes.
  • Knowledge of ISO26262-6 and AUTOSAR standards.
