The IT Systems Engineer will be an integral part of our small, but growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.

Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent
5+ years of experience in an information technology function
Experience working in a domain controlled environment and making AD & Group Policy changes
Experience setting up SSO apps using SAML configurations via Azure MyApps (preferably), Okta, OneLogin are some examples.
Solid experience with SAML SSO attributes and claims translation
Extensive Azure skills
Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to conduct research into hardware and software issues and products
Ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Highly self-motivated and directed
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Job Responsibilities:Manage and enroll devices into InTune Endpoint Device Management
Assist in helping deploy Azure Virtual Desktop instances (prior experience not needed but willingness to learn)
Assist in setting up Azure Storage Accounts and FSLogix Roaming profiles instances (prior experience not needed but willingness to learn)
Knowledge setting up SSO apps within Azure MyApps or a similar tool like Okta
Create, manage and domain join Azure Virtual Machines
Review User Sign-In logs for troubleshooting purposes
Review and Implement Conditional Access Policies
Support End users with MacOS and Windows
Manage and Support JAMF joined MacOS joined devices
Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution
Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications
Schedule and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations and/or purchases
Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved
Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests
Deploy workstations, printers and additional office machines in a mixed Windows/OSX environment
Manage all end user software, including operating systems and productivity software as well as office network connectivity solutions
Conduct program reviews to evaluate alternative plans, improve systems engineering processes, manage program technical baseline, and perform system level tests to assure that subsystems and system performance is achieved in accordance with approved specifications
Prepare technical documents which define, specify, and recommend system/subsystem characteristics
Prepare management reports and conduct technical presentations for planning, implementation and corrective action using application of engineering principles
Perform validation of systems, including development of criteria and procedures as well as analyze and/or evaluate results of major engineering systems
Provide system/program engineering, technical support and technical training in support of our organization's programs and initiatives, including but not limited to: acquisition, development, integration, sustainment, continued evolution, deployment and installation, and operational oversight
