Rail Wayside Engineering (Design and Commissioning)

Requirements:

Railway-specific education.

Ability to ensure the delivery of functional design documentation including system requirements and architecture, interface control, scheme plans, control tables, block design, and analyses as appropriate.

Understanding and applying industry standards (e.g. CENELEC, AREMA, IEEE, IPC, etc.)

Ability to Identify development and procurement needs based on customer requirements and identifies gaps in current product

Ability to guarantee the management of requirements relative to the functional design (Identification of req.s, system req.s specification, allocation of req.s to sub-systems, tracing req.s, etc.)

Ability to contribute to the configuration and HW/SW design of the signaling system by control of the functional design

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver the functional design of medium & small signaling projects in accordance with industry and company standards
