We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Talent Acquisition recent graduate to join our business in Istanbul with a year fixed term contract.
 

Your responsibilities
• In this role you will manage activities about the recruitment processes of junior profiles (job posting, screening, phone interview and assessment center), manage employer branding activities and start up internship collaborations relating with schools, Universities and other institutions;
• The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to collect data and information in order to prepare reports and presentation;
• You will interact with managers of different BU, HRBP and team of HR Operations;
• Live core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.
Your background
• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Humanistic field;
• Good knowledge of English both written and spoken (B2);
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel);
• Proactivity, team working and good communication skills.

Fixed term contract duration can be up to 1 year.
