Job Title: Sr TPM- IIoT Data Platform & Integration

Meet our Team

The Sr. Technical Product Manager, is responsible for managing the product roadmap and delivery of Pentaho Edge - IIoT Platform working in the areas of device & sensors connectivity, data integration and business analytics areas. You will work across teams, organizations, and stakeholders to support customers and partners in their journeys to successfully deploy and implement the Pentaho Edge- IIoT Platform, for various IT & OT use case scenarios in different industry verticals.

As a Sr. TPM you will apply all your technical & business skills to correctly capture product requirements, plan for dependencies, and make stakeholder teams more efficient taking a business problem from ideation to execution. You will also help establish goals, measure progress, manage dependencies, and clear any blockers, guide the team's roadmap and apply the lessons of the past successes and failures to the next product iteration. Be a good steward in the PM organization to drive impact across all of the products and improve the adoption of program frameworks, tools and best practices.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the execution of an end-to-end IIoT product/platform vision and define a multi-year roadmap for the product in partnership with engineering and the business teams.
• Create strategic cross-functional product planning, leading discovery and prioritization by partnering with engineering and product leads to develop program plans, including roadmap, dependency identification, and resourcing.
• Define quarterly OKR's, PRD's for each release based upon the customer priority and the features defined in the roadmap.
• Work with GTM, Marketing, Solutions Engineering and Analysts teams for all outbound product management related initiatives.
• Constantly communicate product vision, features, priorities, deliverables, and goals to the stakeholders via program documentation, launch announcements, release notes, brown bags, webinars, and user training etc.
• Track value delivered, product adoption, performance, and execution against the end-to-end roadmap and adjusting roadmaps as necessary.
• Bring in best-in-class market and industry insights to the IIoT platform product strategy.
• Resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to leaders and product stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert in customer & partner conversations and support escalations by building trust with customers and user communities.
• Launch new product releases collaborating with Customer Success and GTM teams showcasing new product features and iterate quickly with early adoption customers and partners
• Identify new Industry IIoT platform partners in the ecosystem and collaborate with them in the OT data connectivity, data integration & orchestration and analytics areas.
• Deliver both technical and business-level presentations to internal and external audiences

What you bring to the team

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or Engineering related degree
• 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Program Management working on On Prem/ SaaS data platforms, focusing on enterprise grade solutions.
• Good technical understanding of IIoT platforms, sensors, connectors, protocols, dataformat, API's etc.
• Basic knowledge in the IIoT platform market space, opensource IIoT platforms, data connectivity and integrating with other data platforms,
• Good understanding of IIoT protocols and standards, such as MQTT, CoAP, OPC-UA.
• Proven strong cross-team and cross-org stakeholder management. Ability to influence, motivate, and align people across the broad in a variety of job functions.
• Metrics-driven, experience in determining effective program KPIs and using them to measure program success
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
