General information:

To drive growth and profitability for Hitachi Energy products and systems in the transportation segment in Southeast Asia region.

Your responsibilities:

  • Developing the Transportation Rail, Land ( e-Mobility) Port and Airport Business Plan for SEA (TH, MY SG PH ID VN) region.

  • Identifying partnership/alliance with OEM’s & EPCs to develop frame agreements long-term cooperation.

  • Working with global account managers and or local country account manager for respective transportation projects.

  • You will develop relationship strategy for major market players (authorities, Operators, End users, EPCs and consultants) and marketing plans to promote activities in the region.

  • You will lead international mega projects pursuit and system integration opportunities across business lines to provide the solutions and maximize the value creation for Hitachi Energy.

  • You will identify growth areas and gaps with required technology development and launch initiatives to achieve growth from new product / business / location.

Your background:

  • University’s degree with leadership & account management experience.

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the power and transportation industry.

  • Experienced in dealing with senior management, complex decision-making processes, technical marketing, capture teams, and international /cross culture coordination with OEMs, contractors, partners, EPC’s consultants in Transportation segment.

  • Knowledge and hands on experience of core transportation business in the SEA region.

  • Required skills like: relationship building and management, communication, and deal with international team to ensure successful implementation of the strategy and operational plan.

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
