Description

Your responsibilities

  • Implement HR priorities in the organization in line with the Hub and BU people strategy, covering culture, people, and organization utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio or providing new solutions where appropriate

  • Oversee implementation of HR processes within the area of responsibility requiring on-site support, follow up and advise

  • Execute all HR processes within area of responsibility, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, talent management, remuneration, and other processes as applicable

  • Ensure the proper application of the collective agreements, explaining and informing managers, employees or unions regarding applicable rights and obligations.

  • Represent HR in the workplace, build partnership between employees, HR and managers

  • Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operation or project execution and share functional best practice and lessons learned across the organization

  • Establish and drive internal and external network with the HR community to perform best practice sharing and benchmarking
     

Your background

  • University degree in Human Resources or any similar education

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management

  • Preferably experienced in HR department in production company

  • Ability to plan and coordinate many diverse and parallel processes

  • Decision making, problem solving and analytical skills combined with the ability to coach and advice different stakeholders

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

  • Team Player, strong communication, motivation, and leadership skills
