Description
For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist who will focus on manufacturing operational improvement and cost savings to improve the organization's profitability and efficiency.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze designs, methods and internal manufacturing processes;
- Develop strategies and initiatives for operational efficiency;
- Implement process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods;
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using various Lean methodologies and principles.
Your background:
- Degree in engineering or business administration;
- > 1 year of experience in continuous improvement,
- Good knowledge of English and Italian (B2-C1);
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of VBA or Python is a plus.
- Out of the box thinking and excellent communication skills are required.
