Our system solutions are designed and delivered to provide the highest lifecycle value with the lowest risk. You will lead civil construction projects within the Power Grids business in Thailand. Reporting to the operation Manager/Head of site, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.

Your responsibilities:

• You will lead the execution of civil Construction and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety and environment requirements.

• You will assist the Project Manager to define all project construction risk and risk management plans and monitor, control Civil progress, resource utilization, Civil quality and project financials.

• You will coordinate with the Procurement and Logistics team to successfully negotiate for and procure the required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.

• Ensuring that the project complies with relevant health, safety and environmental policies, guidelines coordinate and supporting construction team in cost-effective execution of construction/civil-works, related deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.

• You will provide technical support for all construction related issues to proposal team during bid preparation and to the Project Manager at the project start up.

• You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key contact for customer enquiries and an escalation point for project issues.

• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing risk, while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.

Your background:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or higher.

• More than 5 years of experience in Civil Construction Field (Especially Substation Business).

• Working as Civil Construction Manager role with relevant business.

• Demonstrated experience in civil construction management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.

• Current Civil Engineer License valid in monitor and control. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.

• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
