Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager

Description

Your responsibilities:

• You will define and develop Quality and operational excellence strategies in line with Hitachi Energy strategy and support other local adoption and deployment to accelerate the rate of operational improvement across the entire value chain.
• You will work with local management team approach and aligned with Quality and operational excellence priorities and targets across the entire value chain, monitor progress, analyze Quality Key Performance indicators and act on deviations from targets.
• You will deploy the standard quality improvement approach (i.e.4Q,L6S,8D,A3) within all areas of the local organization to continuously improve business practices and performances.
• You will drive applications and deployment of group-wide best practice frameworks across the entire value chain to embed a culture of excellence in operational performance.
• You will ensure local organization has an effective management system that addresses quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental practices within the operation.
• You will Endure (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both company and employee.

Your background:

• You hold a Full-time bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 10 working experience on quality controlling and more than 5 years on people management.
• Required computer skill mature application in office software.
• Good communication and strong leadership and willing to learn and improve.
• To comply with national regulations of employment age, no gender restrictions.
• Required knowledge is engineering background is acceptable.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English language.
