Your responsibilities

• You implement the local go-to-market product marketing and sales strategy.
• You analyze project-specific customer requirements and prepare a technical and commercial proposal.
• You contribute to the achievement of product marketing and sales objectives and budgets through regular monitoring, definition and implementation of improvement plans.
• You execute the annual marketing and sales plan in collaboration with the relevant business units.
• You coordinate market and sales analysis, evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data and prepare appropriate forecasts and Sales plan.
• You monitor sales execution for assigned products, act as a key point of contact for the customer and as an escalation point for issues within the project
• You build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• You increase sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training to customers.

Your background

• Graduate/master’s in electrical engineering with Management skills.
• Technical understanding and basic knowledge in the field of transformers
• Total 7-10 Years experience in Transformer/power equipment sales.
• First professional experience in the defined area of responsibility
• Fluent English, Hindi skills, both written and spoken
