Key Activities:

Configuration Management Strategy

  • Keep SW Development reproducible and repeatable
  • Define, write and execute software configuration strategy in line with requirements and specifications for projects and platform development.
  • Organize SW version and manage  history
  • Assure versioning of documentation in accordance with internal processes and / A-SPICE or ISO 26262 standard.
  • Deliver Project Team know about the relevant data
  • Creation of new processes and concepts to maintain control (including the setup of KPIs).
  • Assure completeness of released baselines and ensuring the integrity of the data.

Configuration control

  • Reports configuration management status to the project team; Inside a Project reports directly to Project manager.
  • Build Configuration Plan for each project
  • Manage scheduling of software configuration management tasks for existing platforms and projects.
  • Establish & Maintain configuration Item
  • Perform identification, documentation and tracking of configuration items.
  • Support for configuration management relevant tools (SVN, JIRA  & DOORS), identification and resolving of interruptions/problems

Continuous Improvement

  • Participation in continuous improvement activities within Astemo. Ex: optimization of internal processes, benchmark and set-up of development tools.

Documentation Management

  • Manage a database of testing department’s procedures:
  • Tracking of documents validation.
  • Doc control for document’s quality.
  • Maintenance of a doc tracking tool.

Profile:

Key Professional Competencies :

  • Software development and architecture
  • Familiar with main automotive SW standard (ASpice, ISO26262, IATF)
  • Use of configuration management tools (SVN, DOORS) & Task Management (JIRA)
  • Redaction skills for configuration status and audit report
  • Fluent French & English

Qualification & Experience

  • Master degree or equivalent in data and information management
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar area
