WORK STYLE DESIGNATION: Hybrid (+50% Remote)

WORK STYLE REQUIREMENT:  Onsite – 2 days per week/ Remote – 3 days per week

WORK LOCATION: Hillsboro, OR (NCP) Office

EXPECTED PAY RANGE: $82,477 - $113,046

This pay range is for the position's base salary only. This position may be eligible for other compensation including incentive pay and/or allowances. Candidates will receive additional information during the interview and selection process.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates with HR staff to meet business needs with Workday and HiNext solutions, to include automating and improving current functionality and recommending and implementing new enhancements. {E}
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for end users of Workday, providing consultation, technical support and   troubleshooting assistance. {E}
  • Supports companywide cyclical activities, new implementations and enhancements that are/will be administered and managed through Workday.
  • Coordinates Workday related support tickets submitted to the global support desk, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Acts as a technical advisor regarding complex Workday support issues. {E}
  • Develop and deliver training and communication materials to promote Workday user adoption and proficiency. {E}
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance by conducting regular audits and resolving data discrepancies. {E}
  • Develop, manage, and improve both routine and ad-hoc Workday reports. Evaluate large data sets and recommend enhanced reports. {E}
  • Prepare mass data load files as needed for large data loads such as merit/compensation changes, other Workday changes and manage the project to successful implementation.{E}
  • Participate on various Hitachi committees as needed in order to represent and communicate HTA needs. {E}
  • Maintains confidentiality and integrity of data at all times{E}
  • Support new Workday module implementations as they occur. {E}
  • Understand Workday security role assignments and regularly perform audits of security role staging for HR Management review. Facilitate changes with Hitachi global technical resources as needed/applicable. {E}
  • May be assigned to other activities/responsibilities as needed and applicable.

EDUCATION, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Workday administration are a plus.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience as a Workday/ HRIS analyst or similar role with a focus supporting Workday from a systems perspective and providing technical consultation to end users.
  • At least 5 years of Workday experience required.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and their functionality in Workday (including various Workday modules such as Recruiting, GPM, etc.).
  • Experience with Workday data integrations.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide user support.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated; strong prioritization and time management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with key stakeholders.
  • Willingness and flexible to work outside of core business hours as needed based on business need and global time zones.
  • Demonstrates quality output and continuous improvement.
  • Strong project/task/activity management
