As the scale for potential program lead you will have the opportunity to be part of the business strategy team of Grid Integration and you will be an active contributor to our journey to scale! You will be responsible to coordinate across different workstreams and as a program manager you will look at the progress of the program by monitoring, tracking, and reporting strategic KPIs. You will also participate in strategic discussions, reporting and communication.

In addition, as part of the role, you will contribute to change management and business positioning by working with the product marketing team in creating a culture of excellence, particularly around the digital marketing strategy, tools processes in coordination with M&S and communications.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Strategic leadership; Manage relations with stakeholders and workstream representatives, working in close cooperation with BU team and strategy team.

  • Program management; Program ownership including monitoring, tracking, and reporting. Preparation of presentations and dashboards targeting different stakeholders in the organization. Proactively engage discussions and communicate.

  • Systematic thinking; Capacity to structure the program and governance according to changing needs. Identify synergies across the workstreams proposing improvements, as well as identifying gaps. Identify business actions that will benefit ongoing business initiatives.

  • Marketing excellence. Assist in organizing market campaigns, launches, and events, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to position our offering. Lead our digital marketing strategy to cement our positioning in the market and spearhead the implementation of innovative digital tools and platforms to articulate our value propositions in relevant channels.

Your background

  • Education; Master level, preferably in engineering.

  • Relationship Building: both inside and outside the team, leading virtual teams to achieve results in a global environment.

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience (in local or global roles) in the energy market. Additional experience in core Power electronic technologies, digital and at the edge segments will be an advantage.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Strategic thinking and proven experience in structuring and driving complex projects.

  • Excellent influencing, communication and networking skills matured in an international, matrixed organization.

  • Open minded and capable of innovative thinking.

  • Ownership, self-sufficient & Initiative taker: willingness to move things forward by taking personal action.
