What you'll be doing

Senior SCM Functional Consultant

Experience Required Sr Consultant (10+ Yrs. of EXP)

Mandatory Skills - Support Fusion on SCM Functional in the afternoon shift to cover Europe Time Zone.
In-depth knowledge of researching and resolving system issues related Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, Costing, Product HUB, Assigned SKUs & Transfer Pricing
Ability to take ownership and fixing Integration issues with support from Integration and Tech teams
Knowledge in Supplier/Customer qualification & Supplier/Customer portal, Procurement, self-service procurement modules will be an added advantage

Role Description:

10+ Years of Experience in Oracle SCM (Fusion cloud & R12)
Handling Client Calls and experience in Support and Implementation Projects
Ability to handle high volume of data integration failure issues in a collaborative manner.
Support all SCM modules will be needed in areas such as Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, Costing, Product HUB, Assigned SKUs, Transfer Pricing, and month-end close activities
Ability to develop OTBI Reports
Willing to extend support over the weekend or extended shifts.
