Project Excellence Specialist

As a Project Excellence Specialist, you support the successful execution of projects by defining, maintaining, and promoting standards for Project Management methods and quality assurance. You work in a worldwide and multicultural environment in close collaboration with Business and IT teams.

You play an active role in improving stakeholder satisfaction with the project management framework.

Responsibilities:

• Define, improve and promote standards for Project Management methods and quality assurance
• Strengthen existing services and develop new services such as IT project assessments, PM support, reporting on progress, resources, finance, costings
• Lead and facilitate the Project Management community of practices
• Develop and improve Project Management training materials
• Coach and train PMs based on best practices
• Support or independently conduct project assessments
• Support the implementation and usage of the IT PPM tool, ServiceNow SPM module

Background:

• 5+ years of working experience in areas of IT Project Management in global companies
• Knowledge of process frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
• General knowledge of IT processes and technologies
• Experience with PPM Tools, ideally ServiceNow SPM module
• Masters / Bachelor’s degree preferable in Information Management Systems, Business Administration
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
