As a Machine Build Manager you will be responsible for the direct supervision and support for the build team and other staff. If you’re interested in working in a team environment and enjoy thinking outside of the box to solve practical problems with no standard solution, then this might be a great opportunity for you.What You’ll Do:
- Work cross functionally with all departments to help plan, direct, organize and control the build process
- Provide timely customer service to both internal and external customers
- Manage the daily operations by planning the use of materials, floor space and resources while also considering other needs within and across the business until
- Support the quoting team by giving input on concepts, hours and material costs

What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Relative vocational education or Journeyman Certificate preferred
- 2+ years of leadership and mentorship experience
- The ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives with varying priorities
Skills You’ll Have:
- The ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives with varying priorities
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality
- Proficent with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate Excel
- Proficient in reading part and assembly drawings

- Travel at least 20% of the time may be required both domestically and internationally depending on the project
