Supervisor of Test and Inspection

Description

• Organizes and allocates resources to effectively and efficiently meet testing and pre-testing targets. Responds to resource issues as necessary. Leads capacity planning and resource optimization for the testing area.
• Ensures that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed by the Master Scheduler.
• Identifies and recommends technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
• Identifies and reports Non-Conformities based on IEEE testing requirements.
• Assist Quality Department with Testing failure analysis
• Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
• Ensures all testing equipment is calibrated according to ISO 9001 requirements.
