Description

Assignment description:

1. You will contribute to end-to-end Master Data Management improvement projects including data governance, Master Data Management methodology, and data quality.

2. You will assist in driving the Grid Integration data strategy and defined improvement measures and implement through an action-oriented program.

3. You will assist in the creation of a process landscape using the Adonis process mapping tool.

4. You will build a network while acting as an interface between various business functions.

The main objectives of the assignment are:

1. Working with business stakeholders, we will finalize and release a data governance framework: A strong data governance framework helps to ensure that data is managed consistently and effectively throughout the organization. It includes policies, processes, and guidelines for data management and outlines the roles and responsibilities for data-related activities.

2. We will implement data quality controls and ways to measure quality: Data quality is a critical component of effective data management.  Implementing data quality controls such as data validation, cleansing, and profiling can help ensure that data is accurate, complete and consistent.

3. We will develop processes which are in line with business needs: The process landscape will be used to ensure consistency across the organization’s data assets. We will visualize this landscape using Adonis.

4. The candidate would have an opportunity to drive change throughout the organization and learn methodology for stakeholder management, performing change readiness assessments and how to deal with resistance when rolling out new processes.
