Job Responsibilities:

• Development, collaboration and coordination of the near-shore team efford to ensure on-time delivery that meets or exceeds customer quality standards.
• Cllaborate with QA to ensure that the testing is done and all the outputs are being documented.
• This is a high-visibility role
