HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

Description

Your responsibilities:

• You will support Talent Partner for Long list and interview arrangement.
• Your role includes HR Operations team to support blue collars recruitment.
• You will support Campus Recruitment and Global Trainee Program implementation (CV longlist selection, onboarding communication etc.)
• You will support employee file archiving.
• You will support intern onboarding and separation daily work.
• You will support special leave quota generation in time system.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree and above.
• Handson experience in word, excel, PowerPoint.
• You will be working at least 4 days or above per week.
• Good computer skill in Microsoft office Word, Excel or PowerPoint
• Good teamwork and service awareness. Patience and kind at work. Take action quickly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills working under pressure.
• Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, Japanese is a plus.
