We currently have an exciting and rare opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team based out of our Gunnedah branch on a 7/7 Day roster primarily supporting Construction Projects across the region. In this role you will be part of and based out of our Gunnedah Workshop, however majority of your role will see you working between multiple customer sites supporting our customers and ensuring the reliability of their machinery.

Reporting to the Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Performing diagnostic evaluation and mechanical maintenance service and upgrades on a broad range of our construction machinery
  • Attending to production breakdowns and undertaking diagnostic work
  • Liaising with technical support staff to achieve the most efficient outcomes and assist in product improvements
  • Completion and submission of all relevant documentation and reporting paperwork
  • Maintaining good working relationship with customers, peers and other departments
  • Identification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility

To be successful you will need:

  • Relevant Trade Certificate
  • Intermediate PC Skills, ability to analyse technical data and reports
  • Good communication skills
  • Have a safety focus and abide by site safety processes
  • Strong ability to adapting yourself to different teams, rosters, environments and workloads
  • Ensure that you provide 100% Customer satisfaction with both internal and external stakeholders, branches & suppliers within the HCA family.
