We seek for "Quality & Operational Excellence Specialist" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Power Transformers in Kartal location with below qualifications. Reporting to Quality Manager, your skills and technical expertise will contribute to a variety of design projects. 

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering 
• Fluency in English and Turkish both written and spoken any another language is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in quality
• Practical Knowledge of SAP QM.
• Technical knowledge of relevant products pertaining to the power T&D industry.
• High Voltage Test Laboratory knowledge is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge in implementation of Lean production and Six Sigma.
• Practical & technical knowledge for supplier qualification, material and production processes.
• Good command of technical drawing and their relation to international standards as well as internal specifications.
• Good interpersonal skills, dynamic team player, structural thinking and professional approach towards suppliers.
• Male candidates should have completed the military service requirement.
• Valid driving license.
• No restriction for travelling.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
• Support related management systems in quality function like ISO14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018.
• Coordination of customer audit & follow up the actions.
• Planning and Performing Quality Management System Audits, Global Quality Assesment & Customer Audits.
• Follow up of NCRs & Coordinate Root Cause Anaylsis (8D etc) and define the action w/ related team which come from internal audits, customer audits, during manufacturing or customer claims (CCRP).
• Responsible to define Inspection Test Plans (ITP) based on contracts & relevant standards.
• Coordinate the functional tests w/ customer & prepare the relevant report for Final Acceptance Report (FTA).
• Close cooperating with other functions in Hitachi Energy (Production, SCM, R&D, Engineering etc.).
• Increasing supplier quality awareness and drive “Zero Defect” mentality within the supply base. Lead & Support Supplier in terms of quality training “problem solving methods etc” instruction & control form preparation etc. 
• Supervising and supporting incoming quality control activities to ensure reliability of control processes (control plan, control method etc).
• Report & Follow up Cost of Poor Quality within the function.
• Coordinate improvement projects which are derived from Cost of Poor Quality & NCRs.
• Supporting initiatives and audits launched by Group function / Division on Sustainability, Material compliance, Integrity and Health, Environment and Safety.
• Coordinate Computer Aided Quality Projects.
• Support defined improvement projects.
