We are currently seeking a Finance Competency and Employee Engagement Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving the Finance Functions’ competency and training framework globally as well as building future ready ways to secure employee engagement, supported by a team of professionals.

Your Responsibilities


Finance Function Competency

  • Work with the Global Finance Functions to enhance our function competency models to become Future Ready in alignment with the Company’s global programs
  • Implement competency management processes and models, using proven methodology, to support the Functions’ requirements
  • Define and rollout, in conjunction with the Finance Function Heads, Future Ready competence matrix for their respective Function
  • Promote and communicate across the organization the competency and other learning programs and follow up on implementation
  • Define relevant KPI to track the development of the competences per Finance Function, globally

Finance Employee Engagement

  • Develop and lead Finance engagement activities in close collaboration with HR and Communication Functions
  • Develop and promote modern ways of engaging our talented people, driving Finance Function direction and ambitions
  • Be a sparring partner for Finance Function Heads for all topics requiring employ engagement

Your background

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to engage different teams working on a common journey
  • Cultural sensitivity and work experience in an international environment
  • Experience in working within a global organization, able to influence people without direct reporting lines
  • Good understanding of Finance Functions’ competency needs
  • At least 5 years of experience including line manager’s responsibilities
  • SAP S/4 Hana knowledge of advantage
  • Fluent in English
