Your responsibilities:

• You will have to acquires basic understanding of customers’ common products, technologies, and process.
• You will be responsible for development of various application distribution, transformer pre-order and tender designs in coordination with the Market and Sales Strategy to meet the market needs.
• You will be participating in the internal and external design concept reviews, DFMEA and design development procedure applied on special application products. coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
• You will have to apply knowledge of relevant processes and tools to deliver agreed results within set deadlines; reports processes and tools inefficiencies and suggests improvements ideas.
• You will document and handle technical risks by following mitigation guidelines and escalates potential new risks to management.

Your background:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong teamwork capability, familiar with Windows OFFICE application, AutoCAD, knowledge on Windchill and simulation tools such as Ansys, ABAQUS, COMSOL preferred.
• Proficiency in English, good at reading and written English.
