Requirements:

The person will be responsible for overseeing and defining performance strategy for the team. The UI/UX redisign will inevitably cause impact the data models, APIs that are being called. The Performance SME will take the lead on defining the upfront strategy on performance testing, will help triage issues and come up with solutions that meet the performance requirements and SLAs. Part of the job will be to work with automation QAs to document and ensure that the Automated performance testing is done as needed
