The Opportunity:

We have a great opportunity to expand your knowledge working with some fantastic brands (Mercedes Benz, Freightliner, Fuso), we are looking for an enthusiastic Light Vehicle Technician to join our Light Commercial Vehicle branch in Christchurch. We want to invest in developing you to your best potential and in return you will join a supportive, hardworking team who are committed to producing great results for our customers.

This role will see you focus on all aspects of Light Diesel mechanics and will best suit someone who has strong focus on diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for our valued customer base.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Diesel or Automotive Qualification with 3 years' experience or 5 years + diesel experience (no qualification)
• Mechanical capability and technical skills; diagnosing faults and servicing vehicles
• Excellent diagnostic ability and analytical thinking to navigate complex issues and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Confident computer literacy and a committed, customer-focused mindset ensuring the CablePrice "first choice" customer vision is upheld.
• Safety Commitment - It is our number one priority; we look after ourselves and each other.
