To support the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and prepare technical descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal process.  Serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.

HE Grid Integration support customers in creating stronger, smarter and greener grids adapted to meet the needs of the changing power landscape. Our system solutions are designed and delivered to provide the highest lifecycle value with the lowest risk.

You will be part Grid Integration projects achievement within the Power Grids business in Thailand. Reporting to the operation unit manager, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent solution at since first stage of the project.

Your responsibilities

  • You will provide any necessary technical support to Sales Managers during technical meetings.

  • You will prepare, deliver technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues.

  • You will offer product/solution/service-related training, offers technical advice and provide comment on enquiry specifications for customers with regard to HE products/systems/ applications (Advanced Services / Digital / New Technology solutions).

  • You will perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer need. 

  • You will propose technical solutions for complex enquiries.

  • You will prepare and check technical articles for publication.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering Power.

  • More than 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering field with relevant to power transformer products, power substation, LV, MV and HV switchgear is preferred.

  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).

  • Time management, presentation, and planning skills.

  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.

  • Strong in collaborative and communication skills.

  • Good in English communication.
