Digital manager

Description

Your responsibilities:

• You will co-ordinate with resources and utilize advanced digital technology to build a top digital factory in industry, cooperate with HUB BU to complete the planning and implementation of digital factory to develop and optimize the company's digital implementation process.
• You will continuously improve and optimize the company's current MES and other manufacturing digital applications to improve the level of digital and intelligent manufacturing.
• You will be responsible for researching and analyzing business requirements, assisting and guiding the business to build digitalization requirements, investigating the possibility of improving the whole process of company from order to delivery, and leading the realization of digitalization.
• You will be responsible for the pre-evaluation and project work of digitalization projects, coordinating and communicating with IS departments, responsible for cross-departmental collaboration to complete the digitalization projects of software, hardware, system, process optimization and integration.
• You will coordinate all SAP related activities, define SAP annual improvement roadmap, review improvement requirements and assess the feasibility of implementation, lead SAP key users to improve/maintain the company's SAP business processes and related SAP documents.
• You will be responsible for whole company digitalization cost budget approval and cost control.
• You will be planning and carrying out SAP and digitalization training, cultivate digitalization talents and team, introduce, and promote advanced digitalization concepts, tools and equipment's.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in computer, software engineering, network technology, electrical automation, electromechanical and other related majors.
• More than 6 years of work experience, more than 3 years of experience in digital factory projects, in charge or participated in software development, network construction, web development, system development and other related projects or work; with high-voltage electrical equipment manufacturing industry enterprise intelligent manufacturing planning and successful project experience is preferred.
• Knowledge requirements: project management, computer information technology SAP.
• Have a deep understanding on application of SAP familiar with factory operations and processes in the high-voltage electrical equipment manufacturing industry. Practical working ability to develop digitization workflow, system, and planning.
• Familiar with digitalization, with the ability of process analysis/data analysis/program selection and optimization; good at identifying improvement opportunities and using systematic/digital methods to make improvements.
• Team leadership, strong learning ability, strong communication skills, demand control and guidance skills.
• Strong sense of mission and self-drive for intelligent manufacturing and manufacturing digitization learning ability for new technology and new equipment.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
