Description

Your responsibilities:

• In this role, you take over the project documents (contract, technical agreement, Pre-cal, etc.) from sales and review the formal contract.
• You will create the order in SAP and maintenance the relevant information.
• To establish project planning and maintain the planning dynamically; Responsible to achieve internally and externally the execution of project planning.
• To take responsibility of daily project management activity including design review, resources review, purchasing requisition, following customer for contract, response to technical questions, issues and payments.
• To be in charge of change of scope, following company’s process on change management.
• To coordinate internal supporting function for timing and cost analysis, maintain customer relationship.
• You will follow HE collection process to ensure receive the money on time.
• To coordinate related resource to complete the payment procedure from customer.
• You will be working on revenue forecast and coordinate related resource to reach the budget.
• AR forecast and coordinate related resource to reach the budget.
• You will be involved in site visit and maintain customer relationship.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelor's degree or above.
• Skilled at office software with good inter-personal skills.
• Result orientation positive attitude.
• Willing to learn and quick to learn.
• Required a person who is self-motivator, systematic approach to solve problems.
• Proficiency in English in writing and speaking.
