Support of Project administration works, Project Schedule updates, MOM preparation, purchase materials according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and terms. Ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. Manage end to end purchasing process (including logistic tracking) and support for Hub Operation administrative tasks. (eg. Travel booking and expenses management, meeting schedules.
Your responsibilities:
You will support of Project administration works, Project Schedule updates, MOM preparation, purchase materials according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and terms.
You will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures and manage end to end purchasing process (including logistic tracking).
You will support for Hub Operation administrative tasks. (eg. Travel booking and expenses management, meeting schedules.
You will execute in accordance with the Hitachi Energy Policy and Guidelines for SCM and ensure supplier confirmation orders match requirements in terms of content, delivery and price.
You will ensure all related documents to sales and purchase orders are digitally filed in SAP and provide historical purchasing reports/prices for tendering purposes and SCM reporting.
You will maintain procurement and product sales processes.

Your background:
Required bachelor’s degree with relevant SAP proficiency.
Minimum 3 years in procurement and SAP or equivalent
Interfacing with other groups regarding various aspects of the procurement process requires strong communication skills.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and SharePoint.
Excellent ability to build rapport with people at different levels and backgrounds and flexibility, adaptability and willingness to support other areas of the business.
Business minded and results focused and possess high energy and a positive can-do attitude.
Enjoy working autonomously with minimal supervision and time management, coordination, accuracy, attention to detail and performing in a pressure environment are necessary.
Able to collaborate within the team and others.
Good and effective communication in English.
