Service Coordinator

Description

You will play a key role in the execution of Service projects and activities in Grid Integration Service Solutions in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Reporting to the maintenance manager, you will coordinate on-site Service work while acting as the key point of contact for the customer during the execution of a Service job.
 

Your responsibilities

• You will manage service and warranty projects.
• Handle spare parts orders as well as planning shipping to the end customer.
• Manage the whole chain from planning, order to handle resources, handling invoices and follow up the project.
• Act as liaison between clients and company in all service and warranty topics.
• Handle both commercial and technical questions between us and the client.
• As a Service coordinator you will also address and resolve any issues and complaints, and report progress, problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.

Your background

• Minimum five years’ experience with project management task especially within Service.
• Good skills in the substation segment and knowledge about transmission and distribution products, commissioning, spare parts and service/aftersales
• Good computer skills and good knowledge in SAP or equivalent business systems and time planning tools
• Engineering degree of at least bachelor or similar
• Since this position is in The Netherlands, good knowledge of Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
