Description

Your responsibilities:

  • As active member of the Management Team, you will define and support the new service strategy.
  • You will organize and motivate your team and manage the change to the new organization including new processes.
  • Your scope of responsibilities will include strategic and operative Supply Chain Management with local and global suppliers, including stock handling.
  • You will define a service specific Supply Chain Management Strategy, supporting service products during their whole life cycle, including specifically hand-over from product line to service, as well as phase out. In each of those phases, you will define, implement, and communicate standard delivery times for defined spare parts categories. You will actively feed the product line organization with service needs towards serial suppliers.
  • You will ensure binding of key suppliers and measure their performance in terms of quality, delivery times, cost developments and support in emergency cases. In case of deviations, you will define and implement countermeasures. You will lead supplier consolidation and volume bundling.
  • You will support turn-key projects both in offering and execution stages with defining, negotiating and monitoring supplier contracts, including claiming systematically delivery issues such as delays or quality.
  • You will work in close collaboration with the PG Global Responsible for SCM as well as HUB SCM

Your background:

  • Degree/master’s required: Bachelor/master’s degree or above in Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
  • Years of experience required: more than 7 years of working experience.
  • Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese, other of advantage
