We are growing our Consulting Services team and looking for a Change Lead to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides change consulting services to clients in the transformation and change discipline applying the Hitachi change methodology
• Supporting Director with pre-sales and sales bids for clients including client presentations, inputting into Statements of Work
• Delivery of Change Strategies for clients ensuring solutions are tailored for specific client needs
• Delivery of change management activities for projects, working with the client to ensure business readiness for go live and beyond
• Supporting the clients to understand success factors and development of KPIs for a benefits led approach to change
• Support the wider Hitachi teams as subject matter expert on change management
• Create and execute communication and stakeholder plans to engage users, support the business and facilitate change
• Readiness Assessments to ensure projects are progressing and implementing return to green actions plans
• Work with the training delivery team to ensure activities are aligned
• Facilitation of business process change with business teams and process owners - To Be process walkthrough, alignment of processes
• Facilitate Hypercare support for end users - Floor walkers, training, drop in sessions
• Post go live adoption surveys and KPI analysis to ensure the change is sustained and reinforced
• Report progress to Director to ensure any risks are raised early on and mitigated and that we deliver to time and budget
• Liaise and engage with the client onsite and/or remote depending on the project and client needs, and be the bridge between the affected teams and the project team

Qualifications

Key Competencies

• 7 plus years of relevant work experience in delivery of organisational change mgmt. projects
• Background in developing change solutions on large scale, complex transformation projects including ERP systems implementations
• Strong project management skills
• Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
• Business Process and re-design experience
• Change Management qualification preferred but not essential, as long as candidate has strong understanding of change mgmt. principles
• Exhibits strong leadership abilities as role model, partner and mentor to project teams and clients
• Results-focused with strong business acumen combined with analytical and structured thinking
• Previous Consulting Experience an advantage
• Dynamics 365 Fin /Ops or CRM background would be an advantage
• Ability to work in high pressure, rapidly changing environment whilst dealing with ambiguity and diversion opinions
• Strong MS office application experience
