As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong focus on procurement and negotiations, providing analytical support to the business as required, and providing excellent service to internal and external customers. You will be a specialist in procurement and supply chain management, with at least three years of experience in a related field.

About the role:

  • Monitor and action requests in the shared inbox, ensuring outstanding ticket volumes are kept to a minimum, and response times are met.
  • Provide data analysis and reports, ensuring that all requests are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing traceable solutions to all queries and requests.
  • Manage re-occurring workflows related to Procurement & Logistics, ensuring that all tasks are completed as scheduled.
  • Work with other departments, where applicable, to improve HCA processes and successfully complete special projects.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to CSG Parts where required, ensuring that all policies and procedures are documented for future reference.
  • Complete any other reasonable ad-hoc duties as requested by management, ensuring that all requests are completed successfully and in a timely manner.

About you:

  • Few years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience working in the construction or mining industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
