Working Student (m/f/x) - Human Resources, Part-time 20 – 25 hours per week

Your new challenge:

• Support the local HR Manager in all HR processes, especially, in the field of Personnel Administration
• Administration of various HR-systems
• Analysis and preparation of data for group reporting purposes
• Organization of internal and external further education measures and trainings
• Participation in employer branding activities, e.g. positioning as an attractive employer online and offline
• Participation in process improvements

Your competences:

• Completed commercial education (e.g. HAK/HAS)
• Ongoing studies (Bachelor or Master) of a degree program in the economic field
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, basic knowledge of SAP and Workday desirable
• Absolute discretion in dealing with personal data
• Organizational talent
• Conscientious and structured way of working, proactive personality
• Fluent written and spoken German and English required

• Attractive remuneration. For this position, a minimum basic salary according to the CBA of the Electrical and Electronics Industry of EUR 3.024.27 gross per month applies (full-time). Part-time salary according to number of hours per week.
