Description

Your responsibilities: 

  • Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and HE policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Identifies qualifies, quantities and manages risk, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
  • Captures, analyzes, and shares lessons learned throughout the project.
  • Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
  • Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with HE policies and contractual agreements.
  • Supports Supply Chain Management in negotiations, claims and project changes.
  • Acts as a key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
  • Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Your background: 

  • Education – higher education in the field of engineering, project management, economics or similar.
  • Experience in production and technological processes – minimum 1 year.
  • Knowledge of English language – written and spoken.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with MS Office.
  • Experience in coordinating multiple teams in remote locations.
  • Skills for organizing and controlling the workflow.
  • Communicativeness and initiative.
  • Basic finance knowledge and commercial aspects of the business.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology.
  • Project Management certificate will be an advantage.
