The Opportunity

Our Townsville branch has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of a Parts Storeperson.

The position will see you focus on the coordination and logistics behind the supply of quality parts to our much loved customer base whilst also liaising with internal stakeholders to coordinate high level service delivery. This role will be best suited to someone who enjoys varied work as being part of our warehousing team, you will provide a range of OEM level services ranging from sourcing parts, invoicing and customer query management through to warranty support and stock coordination.

  • Experience & Skillset - Demonstrated knowledge and previous experience in either a Parts environment or similar industry
  • Warehousing & Logistics Coordination - Well developed computer literacy skills and a High Risk Forklift License is a must.
  • Analytical thinking - Ability to navigate any issues whilst identifying continuous improvement and upselling opportunities.
  • Autonomous productivity - A self-driven Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively to deliver Hitachi's Promise of Total Customer Satisfaction
