Jobdescription:
Coordinate the preparation of financial statements in local Gaap and financial reporting in IFRS Gaap, under SAP (accounting and controlling) and Hyperion (statutory and management reporting)
Responsible for the monthly and year-end closings
Responsible for all accounting, internal and external audits and tax declarations
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards
Ensure compliance with local laws
Provide financial leadership to the Swedish entity in order to ensure the achievement of Company financial targets
Drive the budgeting process (one monthly budget and 3 yearly forecast)
Manage monthly/quarterly management reporting and analysis
Manage financial operations (bonds management for projects, hedging), treasury in the framework of a cash pooling with the holding company (in Italy) and cash flow reporting
Control the projects execution
Plan economic data in relation with the projects managers
Analyze the projects margin rate at ends
Analyze actual costs vs budgeted costs
Manage the analytical structure of the company and enable cost efficiency
Take care of the overall administrative charge of the company
Actively manage the performance of Finance team members
