General information:

We are looking for a self-motivated and talented communications manager to lead communications in Australia & New Zealand. In this position, you will be in charge of establishing the brand identity through informative content, press releases, articles, and media opportunities to share our company’s purpose, products, and services. You will also be responsible for finessing executive communication and supporting HR in employee engagement and communication campaigns across offices and factories.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be involving in Media like press releases, media opportunities in mainlines, electronic, trade & digital, events – positioning and participation in select industry and trade events.

  • You will be involving in social & digital like maintain and execute social media calendar for ANZ, in alignment with global campaigns; maintain country web pages.

  • You will work with functions such as HR, HSE, to create engaging employee campaigns.

  • You will ensure streamlined information for company-wide announcements, executive communication, bring local relevance and flavor to global employee communication initiatives.

  • You will ensure integrity and compliance of brand across platforms, coordinate with regional brand manager as advisor of new brand implementation and involve in craft and coordinate crisis communication as need arises.

Your background:

  • Degree in Mass Communications / Journalism / Marketing Communication.

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience.

  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally.

  • Superior project management and time management skills.

  • Must be able to thin strategically on the go & ensure stakeholder management.

  • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media.

  • Must be proficient in English.
