Your responsibilities:

  • You will establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution, ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

  • You will prepare sales plans using company tools, perform regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.

  • You will create added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy and ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques and communicate details in accordance with Hitachi Energy's offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).

  • You will ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers; new market identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

  • You will manage administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed, participate in preparation of offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager.

  • You will ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering Power.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering field or working as Project control role with relevant to substation automation, LV, MV and HV switchgear for the utility sector is preferred (New graduated is welcome).

  • Time management, presentation, and planning skills.

  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.

  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).

  • Strong in collaborative and communication skills.

  • Good in English communication.
