Mission

Contribute to the delivery of the project in accordance with Project Schedule as well as Client Expectation under the coordination of the Senior Supply Chain Planner

Accountabilities

  • Ensure the Launch of the production for Make products, including the Transfer Order, Purchase Order, Advance Request, …) in alignment with the project schedule
  • Ensure the Launch of the Purchase Requests for all materials, external services, packages and subcontractors to ensure project on time delivery
  • Contribute to internal expediting with Engineering (for Purchase Technical Specification and BoQ submission) and with Procurement (for quotations from suppliers)
  • Contribute to the submission of the supply chain planning documentation necessary Internally (Logistic Plan to stakeholders) and Externally (to Client for applying Shipment Authorization, Factory Acceptance Test, Joint Inspections, Invoicing etc…)
  • Ensure the accuracy of documents for Import Declaration for all Products coming from overseas for a smooth Logistic flow
  • Ensure the appearance on Goods Inbound Inspections, as well as Client Joint Inspection and other if necessarily under Supply Chain Responsibilities
  • Ensure the creation of a SES (Service Entry Sheet), based on the supplier achievement of project milestones, authorizing the Subcontractor to issue an Invoice

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Project Management: knowledge of project management (planning & control) techniques and tools is preferred
  • Logistic and warehouse management knowledge
  • Cost Controlling & Budgeting concepts/basics.
  • MPS-MRP techniques: methodologies of material planning: Master production Schedule and Material Requirement Planning (APICS definitions).
  • Problem Anticipation and Solving techniques
  • Bachelors degree in technical matters or Supply Chain Management
  • 3+ years of expertise within the Supply Chain Management or Logistic
  • Fluent English
