About the Opportunity

Hitachi is actively seeking a motivated individual to join the team in the position of Customer Support Representative for our Donaldson product group. The role will be based at our Cavan branch in Adelaide.

You are responsible to deliver a high level of customer support to all customers in the territory by acting as the focal point for their Parts requirements.

As a key member of the team, your other responsibilities will include:

• Growth and new business development of the Donaldson Filter reseller network in line with the Branch's strategy and coordination with the HCA BDM.
• Undertake discussions and negotiations with Resellers/Customers around the renewal of their filtration reseller or supply agreements with HCA.
• Responsible for coordinating with all relevant departments and teams to ensure that all customer queries and requirements are attended to promptly while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Engage with Regional Business Development Manager to analyse market opportunities and form business development strategies

• Experience in a customer support role in Earthmoving, Mining or associated industries - Preferred but not essential
• An understanding of Filtration and their applications
• Proactive and result-driven
• Perform CRM Reporting
• Ability to travel monthly to Regional area's
• Able to gain a National Police/Department of Defence clearance
