Description

This role focuses on managing office security and office access system.

It also supports technical resources, services and solutions installed in the office.

This position requires strong attention to detail and data analyses skills to monitor and detect AC issues.

The scope of expertise requires the knowledge of all the following areas: IT, security, conference rooms and server rooms equipment and connectivity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Daily support of office security and access control systems
  • Access cards lifecycle management: taking photos, cards printing, access removal, detailed reporting and cyclical audits.
  • Managing security incidents
  • CCTV system management
  • Evoko & MagicInfo local office solution technical support and maintenance
  • PC technical issues supervision
  • Assisting works in server rooms, as well as monitoring of any other interruptions that may cause the disruption in LAN connectivity
  • Assisting annual UPS inspections and battery health monitoring
  • Non-standard licenses purchasing & management
  • Technical assets recommendation and purchasing
  • Supporting organization of internal meetings and conferences - microphones, projectors etc. (big meetings, conferences)
  • Technical storages - taking care of storage cleanliness, conducting stock-taking, equipment disposal process
  • Suggesting solutions to optimize the processes in scope of responsibility
  • Cooperating with building / office technicians and external services’ vendors
  • Internal instructions and procedures - creating and maintenance
  • Communicating new technical solutions installed, user training

Your background:

  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in technical support & administration in corporate
  • You have extended knowledge of the IT infrastructure in the office area
  • You are up-to-date with current VC technologies offer
  • You are an excellent user of Microsoft 365 tools
  • You have excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • You have very good level of business English
  • You are proactive and have analytical skills and attention to detail
